Covid-19 Financial Support Update
Resurgence Support Payment (RSP) #2
[/vc_column_text][gem_divider margin_top=”10″][vc_column_text]Applications for a 2nd payment under the RSP is open today, 17 September 2021 at 8 am.
Businesses will need to show a 30% or more drop in revenue in a 7-day period from 8 September until immediately before all of NZ returns to Alert Level 1 compared to a typical 7-day period in the 6 weeks before 17 August.
The payment will stay as $1,500 plus $400 per full-time equivalent (FTE) employee up to a maximum of 50 FTEs, or four times the actual revenue decline experienced by the applicant, whichever is less.
Applications will open for the second payment at 8 am today, 17 September on Inland Revenue’s website, www.ird.govt.nz.
Businesses and organisations will be able to apply for the second payment even if they have received the first payment.[/vc_column_text][gem_divider margin_top=”10″][vc_column_text css_animation=”none”]
[/vc_column_text][gem_divider margin_top=”10″][vc_column_text]Applications for the third COVID-19 Wage Subsidy August 2021, known as Wage Subsidy August 2021 #3, are open for two weeks between 9 am, 17 September and 11.59 pm, 30 September 2021.
Your business needs to meet the eligibility criteria and agree to meet the obligations in the declaration to be able to get a COVID-19 Wage Subsidy August 2021 payment. It’s available to all New Zealand businesses and self-employed people that meet eligibility criteria.
